Minimum order is ₹199.00.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 2–4 hours for orders before 6 PM. After 6 PM, delivery is the next morning.

What are delivery charges?

Delivery charge is ₹40.00. Free delivery on orders above ₹499.00.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes! We deliver 7 days a week including Sundays and holidays.

How do I track my order?

Use your order number and phone number on our Track Order page.

Are your products fresh?

Yes! All vegetables and fruits are sourced from farms and local markets every morning.

What does "Organic" mean?

Organic products are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, certified from trusted farming partners.

Can I request products not listed?

Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp and we will try our best to source it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment (UPI/Debit/Credit Card).

What if I receive a wrong product?

Contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days for prepaid orders.
