How long does delivery take?
We typically deliver within 2–4 hours for orders placed before 6 PM. Orders placed after 6 PM are delivered the next morning.
What are your delivery charges?
We charge ₹40.00 for delivery. Orders above ₹499.00 get FREE delivery!
Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Yes! We deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays. Our working hours are Mon - Sun: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Products marked as "Organic" are grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or GMOs. They are certified organic from trusted farming partners.
How do you handle dry fruits & nuts?
Our dry fruits are stored in air-tight, food-grade packaging at optimal temperatures to preserve their quality, flavor, and nutritional value.
Can I request specific products that are not listed?

Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment via UPI, Debit/Credit Card. For online payments, our team contacts you after order confirmation with payment details.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling us or sending a WhatsApp message with your Order Number before the order is dispatched. Once out for delivery, cancellations are not possible.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 3–5 business days. For COD orders, we offer store credit or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
